It is a solid powder product used for mitigating climate change crisis. The product can be commercialized legally as it is marketable and easy transportation. The product ranging in its colour and concentration. While the pH, and porousity were expected to be constant. Optimization was done using concentration of metal salt precursor, plant extraction cassava leaves waste and green solvent methanol. For dilution and standardization, distilled and deionized water were employed. Only mild temperature was used for heating while high temperature was used for carbonization. Instruments will be used to characterize the samples using analysis such as TGA, XRD, FTIR , SEM and BET. The products must be kept in glass vial bottle and the consumer must wear proper PPE.
