What is saving or micro-Savings

Savings are the portion of income that we set aside for future use instead of spending it immediately. Micro Savings refers to the practice of depositing amount of money on a regular basis such as weekly or monthly - making it ideal for low-income people. Often collected by cooperatives, microfinance institutions or banks. Small savings schemes are designed to build a saving habit and promote financial inclusion among vulnerable or rural populations.

It is the poorest region with low income and a low standard of living, where people cannot meet their basic needs. Dearth of required education, healthcare and employment for living standard development. Since family expenses cannot be covered by personal income, getting help through donation or loans is the only option left. In this category people will deposit their savings on a weekly or monthly basis through a financial app.

The all members of the community will assemble to establish a self-funded initiative. Each person will build a fund by depositing their savings into an account. In addition, donation or grants can be accepted from donor agencies or any individual. This fund will be invested in Agriculture, education, transportation and others profitable sectors. The standard of living of the community members will be ensured to be improved through the generated profit.

This idea focuses on micro-savings and community-led investment for low-income populations, which is a well-established concept. While the specific implementation through a financial app and community fund has merit, it's not a technological leap or a dramatically new approach. The core benefit lies in promoting financial inclusion and community development, which is a strong need in the target demographic.
